Office InformationWe always endeavor to be prompt and on schedule and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Please arrive 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. There is extensive construction in our area on 217 through 2024/2025 and it will likely take longer to arrive at our office than anticipated. During your office visit we will make a special effort to explain everything to you regarding your condition, treatment, medications that may be prescribed, fees, and additional information.
